1. Acceptance
By using the Murim Codex Discord bot or web application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and access
Murim Codex uses your Discord account to identify your game profile. You are responsible for your Discord account and must comply with Discord's terms, community rules and minimum-age requirements.
3. Game rules
Do not exploit bugs, automate play without permission, interfere with the service, harass other players or attempt to access another player's account. We may correct illegitimate progress, restrict access or remove accounts that harm the game or its community.
4. Virtual items and currency
Taels, Dao Crystals, items, classes, techniques and all other game rewards are virtual content. They have no cash value, are not transferable outside approved game systems and do not represent ownership of real-world property.
5. Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by an external payment provider. Prices and the content granted are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, consumed or delivered digital content may not be refundable.
6. Availability and changes
We may balance progression, change rewards, add or remove features, perform maintenance, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to preserve player progress but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Intellectual property
Murim Codex, its original code, interfaces, text and game systems are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a personal, limited and revocable right to use the service.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Murim Codex is not liable for indirect losses, service interruptions or loss caused by third-party platforms.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Murim Codex evolves. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
